Transaction Process: Purchasing on www.EveryTrendy.com is designed to be straightforward. Simply add desired products to your cart, proceed to checkout, select shipping and payment methods, and provide your contact and delivery details.
By completing a purchase, you agree to our terms and acknowledge the product information and any notes associated with your chosen items.
Privacy, Security, and Personal Data: By placing an order, you consent to EveryTrendy storing and utilizing your information to fulfill our obligations to you. We document all email communications to provide the expected service. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties. According to the Privacy Act, you have the right, once per year, to access the information we hold about you. We reserve the right to use your email/phone number for marketing and newsletters.
Pricing: All prices include VAT and exclude shipping unless a free shipping promotion is in effect. Prices are subject to change due to market and other factors, and we reserve the right to correct any errors on our website.
Cancellation: A transaction fee of 10% applies to the cancellation of custom orders. No fees apply to the cancellation of items in stock in Norway. A cancellation fee of 49kr applies to items dispatched for delivery.
Payment Methods: We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. The purchase amount will be charged on the day of transaction.
Delivery and Collection: You can select the delivery method at checkout. Delivery times for items in our main warehouse typically range from 8-14 days, depending on location. Delivery times may extend for high-demand products or if the item is out of stock, up to 2 months. Pre-order items will have an estimated delivery range provided. EveryTrendy is responsible for the item until delivered to the customer. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the post office within 14 days to avoid a return fee equivalent to the shipping cost. It's the customer's responsibility to inquire about unreceived items within the expected delivery time and to provide an accurate delivery address. The customer will bear the cost of return shipping in cases of incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Right to Cancel: The right to cancel applies to purchases made on EveryTrendy.com, in accordance with Norwegian law (Cancellation Right). If you wish to cancel your purchase, notification must be made within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as received and within a reasonable time frame. The customer bears the risk and cost of return shipping.

Damaged Goods and Warranty Claims: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect for further instructions. You have a two-year warranty right under Norwegian law.
Returns/Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the risk and cost of returning an item. For exchanges, the customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the cancellation notice is received, or the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
